Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using SimplEOS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software. SimplEOS is open-source software published under the MIT license.
Non-custodial service
SimplEOS is a software client, not a financial service. We do not hold, manage, or transfer your assets. You are solely responsible for the security of your private keys, passwords, and recovery materials.
User responsibilities
You agree to use SimplEOS lawfully and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for verifying transaction details, backing up your keys, and choosing trusted EOS API endpoints.
Risks
Cryptocurrency wallets involve significant risk, including loss of funds from forgotten passwords, malware, phishing, or user error. SimplEOS provides no insurance, recovery service, or guarantee of fund safety.
Intellectual property
The SimplEOS name, logo, and source code are the property of EOS Rio and contributors, licensed under the MIT license. You may use, modify, and distribute the source code in accordance with that license.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EOS Rio and contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use SimplEOS.
These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Your continued use of SimplEOS after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
